Founder Story

Guy Miron

For over 20 years, Guy Miron has lived and breathed hospitality across Australia, Japan, and Israel. His career spans cocktail bars, high-volume restaurants, boutique hotels, and management roles that required both creativity and operational discipline.

Guy grew up in a global hospitality culture. One where storytelling, service, and structure are inseparable. As a mixologist and operations leader, he has built beverage programs rooted in balance and consistency, trained staff to perform with confidence, and developed systems that allow teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.

After two decades leading bar teams and managing operations, Guy saw an opportunity: many hospitality businesses have the passion and the people, but lack structure. Menus drift out of balance. Staff training becomes inconsistent. Profitability becomes unpredictable.

Proof of Spirit was born to bridge those gaps.

The company combines Guy’s mixology excellence with his operational mindset, helping hospitality businesses elevate their beverage identity, empower their teams, and implement systems that actually work.
